WORK LOCATION: Legal Affairs Administration, 1200 BOUL CHOMEDEY OFFICE 600 A/S LEGAL AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATION LAVAL H7V 3Z4
Performs various technical tasks related to the analysis, processing, and follow-up of files from lawyers and notaries of the City of Laval's Legal Affairs Service and regarding the application of laws and regulations.
Conducts research, analysis, participates in the processing of various files from the lawyers and notaries of the City of Laval, and collaborates in the drafting and updating of various legal documents.
Participates in defining procedures, ensures their drafting and documentation. Supports the lawyers and notaries of the service, as needed, to respond to questions from employees of various municipal departments, various requests that may arise in the context of commitments to be made during out-of-court interrogations, research for regulatory drafting, and collecting various documents from all municipal services and offices of the City of Laval.
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in legal technology;
- Have twenty-four (24) months of experience as described in the summary above.
