We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Development Consultant to join our team.

With a strong generalist HR culture, you will drive the talent attraction strategy, while ensuring high-volume hiring for all positions (unionized to management), as well as employee retention and development. Dynamic, resilient and positive, you are eager to get involved in the development of talent and succession in a very demanding labour shortage environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and deploy the talent attraction strategy for all positions at the Bridgestone plant in Joliette, from operators to managers;
Identify relevant partnerships with external organizations and associations, educational institutions and professional training centers to attract talented candidates;
Manage the employer brand and contribute to all promotional activities related to talent attraction: social networks, job fairs and visibility activities;
Develop and establish strategic relationships with service providers and business partners related to talent attraction and development;
Act as a consulting partner to the HR team and managers;
Optimize hiring processes;
Prepare and present job offers while ensuring internal equity;
Coordinate all activities and tools related to talent development (continuous performance evaluation, talent review, succession plans, development plans, etc.);
Collaborate with the person responsible for training in the development of the training plan resulting from the development plans;
Conduct job evaluations;
Manage the pay equity maintenance program; equal employment opportunity; inclusion and diversity;
Maintain statistics and produce reports related to the workforce;
Produce and monitor the staffing and development budget and manage the 3-year management workforce planning;
Perform all other tasks inherent to the position (training, administration...);
Respond to salary surveys;
Participate in the training of managers.
Requirements
5-7 years experience in staffing, personnel development and recruitment strategy;
Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources, psychology;
Excellent oral and written skills in French and English;
Excellent command of MS Office;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Problem solving skills;
Desire to work in a team environment with a results-oriented approach.
