WORK LOCATION: Municipal Court Clerk's Office, 55 BOUL DES LAURENTIDES A/S COURT CLERK, LEGAL AFFAIRS LAVAL H7G 2T1
Performs various tasks related to the execution of legal and administrative procedures on behalf of the clerk, records in the minutes the phases of the procedure including the decisions and orders of the judges.
- Possess a college diploma (DEC) in legal techniques;
- Relevant work experience in the judicial field, specifically at the level of hearings before the court regarding criminal and civil procedures.
